Caring Contact

Caring Contact is a volunteer-staffed crisis hotline and listening community dedicated to providing emotional support to people in need. The organization partnered with Lippincott to develop a new identity that would communicate empathy, trust, and openness while remaining simple for volunteers to implement.

Approach

Developed an identity centered on the idea of listening and human connection. The logo symbolizes a warm embrace while reflecting the organization’s role in providing active listening and emotional support. An icon-driven visual system was designed to be immediate, intuitive, and easy for volunteers to apply across communications and outreach materials.

Outcome

The new identity created a welcoming and recognizable presence for Caring Contact, helping the organization communicate its mission of compassionate listening and emotional support more clearly across its programs and community resources.
