For 20 years, Bogdan has led and designed brand identity programs across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Central America and the United States.
Bogdan was born in Romania, and some of his first drawings graced the ceiling of his parents’ newly purchased car.
After studying monumental art in high school and winning a national grand prize in painting, he switched continents and enrolled at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, Ohio. While there, he had a brief affair with glass blowing and illustration, before falling passionately for graphic design.
At Landor and Lippincott, he has designed and led corporate and brand identity programs across the globe. He is particularly proud of the work he has done for PBS, Avianca, Farmers Insurance and the NFL. He also likes to believe he redrew the Starbucks siren in the likeness of his wife.
